Meet our Health & Fitness Coach, Gina.

Hi I'm Gina and here's a little about me and how my passion for fitness begun. 

When I was a teenager, I wasn’t necessarily ‘sporty’ or ‘athletic’, I didn't find enjoyment in my physical education classes or the activities available to me. The importance of moving my body didn't resonate with me, and I struggled to see how fitness could provide me with the necessary skills to navigate life effectively.

 

I spent 4 years studying at university for a legal degree, only to realise around my final 2 years, maybe… this isn’t for me. 

 

Whilst at university, I stumbled into the gym with no prior knowledge of what to do or the benefits of lifting weights. Yet, I remained committed and discovered my passion for strength training. I wish I’d understood the power of movement sooner!

 

Despite graduating university with my legal degree, and working as a legal assistant for a full year, I pursued my true passion for fitness and well-being, building my career from there.

 

Knowing what I know now, I want to help others build healthy habits that they can maintain for life, and learn to love and appreciate their bodies for all that they can do. 

 

I also believe that fitness is a journey, not a destination. There's always room for improvement, and there are always new challenges to tackle.

I want to help my clients to embrace this mindset and enjoy the process of reaching their goals.

  • Weekly check-ins and updates
